Want to bring a show to Egham Fringe?

Here's a few details about bringing your show to Egham Fringe - you can find more details in our Information Pack.

Booking a slot

Whether you're a comedian, musician, small theatre group, or anything in between, we welcome you to book a slot at Egham Fringe.

Slots are available throughout the festival, with most slots available from 6-11pm each day.

We offer 1 and 2-hour performing slots, depending on the needs of your show.

If you want to apply, but need any more information, please get in touch at fringe@pridehub.lgbt

Putting artists first

Egham Fringe believes that all art deserves a space to be seen, regardless of the financial position of artists. Egham Fringe is built on the idea of providing affordable access to arts spaces.

We pledge that 80% of all ticket revenue goes directly to artists, regardless of their audience size, or how established they are.

The only cost for artists to perform at Egham Fringe is a £25 booking fee for your slot - making Egham Fringe one of the most affordable fringe festivals in the UK.

Application process

We invite all prospective artists to fill in our application form, which you can find here.

This will help us get an idea of your proposed show, what it involves, how long it will be etc.

We have aimed to keep our application process as simple as possible - if you need any assistance in completing the form, please get in touch at fringe@pridehub.lgbt

When you'll find out

It’s our aim to respond to artists as soon as possible, so you can start planning bringing your show to Egham Fringe.

Artist applications will be open until Sunday 22nd March (23:59pm).

We will begin to respond to prospective performers before applications close. Spaces at Egham Fringe are limited, and we do expect to receive more applications than there are available slots to fill them. We advise all artists to get their applications in as soon as possible for the best chance at securing a slot.
